All Elite athletes must be registered on the ITU online system by their respective National Federation.

Invitation Letter
Please fill in the form of Information for Invitation Letter which can be download in ‘Documents’and email it to Ms.Wu Yaoyao for invitation letter.

For visa application, please provide the following information and Passport Copy for each applicant:
Family Name

In which city to apply Visa

WeChat ID(if have)

Note:
1.All information must be coincident with the Passport.
2.Passport’s Date of Expiry must be at least 6 months ahead.
3.Keep in mind that invitation letter is not the same as Chinese visa, which should be applied in Chinese Embassy after receiving the invitation letter.
4.An invitation letter needs to be provided basing on the information provided(normally it takes 3-5 business days after reciving all the required information),with which you will be able to apply for the visa easily and quickly.
