All Elite (Open & Junior) athletes must be registered via the ITU online system by their National Federations.
Visa

Please visit the following website to check whether you are exempted from a “visa” and “entry permit” to enter Macau. As at December 2019, a total of 80 countries are exempted.

Swim Exit (Beach) to T1 (Estr. de Cheoc Van) - approx. 180m going uphill via steps

Bike
T1 (Estr. de Cheoc Van) to Lap Start: total distance 4.5km
5 laps (2.8km per lap): total distance 14.2km
Lap Start to T2 (Studio City): total distance 1.2km
Very technical, hilly and some part of the course is very narrow with 4 speed bumps on the course.
Asphalt road surface but one section of the course is in cobblestones.

Run
3 laps: total distance 5km (1st lap 2.11km, 2nd lap1.73km and 1.15km to finish)
Flat, part of the course is inside the Studio City complex.
